The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology announces the update timetable for the Mobile License Award Process. Key dates include 8 April 2026 for responses questions, 15 MAY 2026 for application submission, 22 May 2026 for qualification results, and 1 June 2026 for opening sealed bids.

Note: The Marketing Document and RFA have been revised. Specifically, the Subscriber Base Criteria in RFA Appendix 3 has been increased from 1 million to 10 million active subscribers.

The RFA was updated on 3/12/2026 to amend Appendix 4.14 (NDA for data room access), specifically Sections 3.c and 5.
